Roof Treatment and Cleaning

Roof cleaning is a relatively new concept in New England. The algae that thrive in areas of high humidity can grow and feed on your shingles. We use a "NO PRESSURE" cleaning and treatment process that follows the ARMA recommendations. This ensures that your shingles are not damaged, and the black streaks and other contaminants are removed. Moss and lichens need time to detach with the natural process of rain and wind after treatment. A clean roof will enhance your home's curb appeal and can ultimately raise your property's value.

Soft-washing

Our cleaning process is the opposite of pressure or power washing. We use a Soft-wash Technique that is gentle and non-abrasive yet highly effective. Our cleaning solutions are made up of mildew-cides, algae-cides, soaps, and surfactants, which are mixed on-site to the specific needs of the surface being cleaned. This process is more time-consuming but proven to be better for your property, especially when compared to pressure washing, which can damage vinyl, wood, composite, and paint if not done correctly.
