Freedom Comfort LLC is a customer-focused heating and air conditioning company based in Hankinson, ND. Our mission is to establish Freedom Comfort as the premier heating and air conditioning company in the tri-state area. We specialize in the service, repair, and installation of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, whether it's new construction or existing structures. Our team works tirelessly to ensure your experience with us is enjoyable and hassle-free.

I'm Brian Taylor, a proud father and family man who enjoys giving back to the community. I founded Freedom Comfort in 2019 with nothing but a few hand tools in my garage, a determination to make my dream a reality, and the support of a welcoming community. I began my journey in the HVAC trade in 2015 when I earned my HVAC/R degree from Ashworth College and started working in the field as a residential heating/ac installer. Over the years, I have gained experience and knowledge in all areas of HVAC/R, from residential and commercial systems to ammonia refrigeration systems. In North Dakota, I hold a mechanical and fuel/gas master technician license as well as a universal class EPA 608 certification at the national level. I am proud of the relationships I have built and the service I have provided to hundreds of customers in the tri-state area, and I am committed to continuing that in the future.

• Heating: We provide service, installation, repair, and maintenance for commercial rooftop units, heat pumps, unit heaters, hydronic systems, floor heat, ducted systems, and ductless systems. Our residential services include electric heating systems, such as furnaces, heat pumps, unit heaters, boilers, and floor heat, as well as fuel oil, natural gas, and propane systems.
• Indoor Air Quality: We offer humidification and dehumidification services to ensure your indoor air quality is at its best.
• Ventilation: Our team provides service, installation, repair, and maintenance for commercial make-up air, exhaust ducting, residential ducting, ventilation exhaust, and more.
• Refrigeration: We offer commercial walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, packaged coolers, packaged freezers, and residential walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, packaged coolers, and packaged freezers.
• Air Conditioning: We provide service, installation, repair, and maintenance for commercial rooftop units, chillers, packaged terminal air conditioners, ducted systems, and ductless systems. Our residential services include air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Fireplaces: We offer service, maintenance, and repair for gas and wood fireplaces.
