Our Services

At the Kineo View Lodge, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our rooms are equipped with private decks, air conditioners, refrigerators, microwaves, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, coffee makers, ironing boards, and private bathrooms. Daily housekeeping services are included in our room rate, and pet-friendly rooms are available upon request. We also provide a free continental breakfast during the summer season, as well as a fast and reliable WiFi connection throughout the lodge.

Summer Activities

Summer is a wonderful time to visit Moosehead Lake, with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Take a kayak or canoe ride on the pristine waters of Moosehead Lake, or explore the surrounding mountains on a guided hike. Go on a moose and wildlife safari, or take a scenic cruise aboard the historic steamship, the Katahdin. Enjoy a bird's-eye view of the lake on a scenic flight tour, or visit the Moosehead Historical Society to learn more about the area's rich history. Other nearby activities include fishing, boating, golfing, mountain biking, white water rafting, and ATVing.

Winter Activities

Winter brings its own set of exciting activities to Moosehead Lake. Snowmobile directly from our lodge via our privately maintained access trail, or downhill ski or snowboard at the nearby Big Squaw Mountain. Enjoy freshly groomed cross-country ski trails at the nearby NREC trails, Lily Bay State Park, Big Squaw Mountain, and AMC trails. Snowshoeing is also a great way to explore the winter landscape, or try your hand at ice fishing on Moosehead Lake.
