Our Expertise

Our owner, Lucille Pratibha Noggle, is a second-generation Pilates teacher with over 17 years of experience teaching classical Pilates. She has studied with and been certified by Joseph Pilates' protege, Romana Kryzanowska, ensuring that our studio upholds the highest standards of Pilates instruction. Our team of certified instructors is committed to providing a supportive and motivating environment that fosters growth, improvement, and self-awareness.
