Our design team, led by Christopher J. Talvy, Hunter Gundersen, and Matt Swindel, are not just architects and designers, but artists, explorers, and innovators. Each of us brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table, creating a diverse and talented team that can tackle any design challenge that comes our way.

Christopher J. Talvy, born and raised in New England, spent much of his childhood pushing the boundaries and exploring the world around him. His parents, an artist and an electrical contractor, instilled in him a love for creativity and construction, which led him to pursue a degree in architecture and art from the University of New Hampshire. Later, an infatuation with outdoor adventures brought him to Salt Lake City, where he graduated with a master's of architecture from the University of Utah. His passion for design and the great outdoors has led him to create beautiful, modern homes that seamlessly blend into their natural surroundings.

Hunter Gundersen, a native of Salt Lake City, spent his childhood creating and experimenting. His father, a general contractor and teacher, taught him the value of hard work and the joy of creating something from nothing. Hunter pursued his love for design and learning at the University of Utah, where he received his bachelor's and master's of architecture. His thesis project was awarded the faculty design award, and he also received the American Institute of Architecture certificate for merit and excellence.

Matt Swindel, a talented designer and artist, brings a unique perspective to our team. With a diverse background in design, math, science, business, and the humanities, Matt has a deep understanding of the many elements that come together to create a beautiful and functional home. His passion for design and creativity has led him to work on a wide range of projects, from modern homes to commercial spaces, each one showcasing his innovative and artistic approach to design.
