Our Services

Our signature massage sessions are customized to your specific needs and goals. These sessions blend modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Cross Fiber, Soft Tissue Release, and Stretching to address your areas of concern. We offer these sessions in various lengths: 30 minutes for $45, 60 minutes for $80, 90 minutes for $120, and 120 minutes for $160.

Our prenatal massage is designed specifically for pregnant women. This side lying position is coupled with classic massage techniques to relieve the physiological, structural, and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy. The benefits of prenatal massage also extend to postpartum, including hormone regulation, reduced swelling, better sleep, and improved breast feeding. These sessions are available in the same lengths and prices as our signature massage.

For athletes and fitness enthusiasts, our sports massage is the perfect way to improve performance, prevent injury, and reduce recovery time. When used throughout the course of training, sports massage will allow for harder more constant training. Our sports massage sessions are available in the same lengths and prices as our signature massage.

Our massage cupping combines specific massage techniques with the use of cups to lift underlying tissue with this centuries old technique. Cupping is known to promote blood flow, soften muscle tissue, loosen adhesions, ease lymphatic drainage eliminate chronic congestion, and aid in the reduction of cellulite. These sessions are available in the same lengths and prices as our signature massage.

Our Gua Sha treatment utilizes a jade stone that is scraped across the skin to promote a light petechia. Gua Sha is believed to stimulate oxygenated blood flow to congested areas, thus promoting metabolic cell repair, regeneration, healing, and recovery. These sessions are available in the same lengths and prices as our signature massage.

Our Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle method of evaluating and enhancing the functionality of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that protects the brain and spinal cord. This light touched technique utilizes soft holds of the skull, face, spine, and sacrum. Craniosacral is intended to regulate and realign the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, this relaxing and calming therapy is increasingly recommended by doctors. These sessions are available in 30 minutes for $45 and 60 minutes for $80.

For a unique and romantic experience, we offer a Couples Massage where you and your partner can enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating massage side by side. Alternatively, we also offer a Couples Massage Lesson where one of our experienced massage therapists will teach you how to target your partner's problem areas. This private lesson is a fantastic way to celebrate each other, giving you both a unique and everlasting bonding experience. Please note that this session cannot be booked online and you will need to call (484)762-0003 to schedule this session. The Couples Massage Lesson is 120 minutes long and costs $300.
