Martin Real Estate Company was founded in April of 1982, built on a foundation of personalized service. Our founder, W. Baine Martin, Jr., brought over twenty years of experience in sales and management from the textile industry, along with a strong commitment to professionalism. Baine firmly believed that the best approach wasn't always the biggest, but rather one driven by genuine care for individuals and a dedication to honest and transparent dealings. This philosophy, coupled with a small, dedicated team and hands-on management, proved successful from the outset.

After many years of dedicated service, Baine and Carol Martin have retired. They are still active residents of Boone and are incredibly proud of the legacy Martin Real Estate Company has built. The company is now under the capable leadership of Dan Norman, a long-time associate who embodies the values and commitment to excellence that define Martin Real Estate.
