Welcome to Docere Physicians, Ohio's first concierge physician practice and Cleveland's leading concierge doctor. Since our founding in 2004, we have been dedicated to returning the founding principles of primary care back to the doctor's office. We are a membership-style practice, limiting our patient base to ensure that our doctors have the time to offer you a variety of benefits that would otherwise not be available in overpopulated practices with overburdened staff.

About Dr. Viscomi

Jeffrey Viscomi M.D. received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and went on to graduate from Wright State University School of Medicine in the top 10% of his class. After completing his residency at the Cleveland Clinic's Fairview Hospital, Dr. Viscomi started his Family Medicine practice in Strongsville, Ohio where he has been practicing since 1996. His reputation for providing excellent healthcare helped soar his initial practice to include over 6000 patients. Dr. Viscomi is recognized as a thought leader in medicine and serves as a Clinical Preceptor for Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and the Medical Consultant for Strongsville City School District. Described by Crain's Cleveland as "a patient's dream", Docere Physicians has been featured on numerous television stations and newspapers for its innovative approach to concierge medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.

Our Services

As a member of Docere Physicians, you are entitled to a variety of benefits that are designed to provide you with first-class care. These benefits include:

• Appointments and other phone concerns handled without delay or prolonged hold times.
• A minimum of thirty minutes for each appointment to ensure a thoughtful and complete healthcare visit every time.
• Our staff will work with your schedule to accommodate your medical concerns, and our reception area will be comfortable and private.
• Same-day visits for illnesses and access within one business day for other concerns.
• Preventative health intervention will be given at each visit, and your physical will no longer be limited by basic insurance standards but guided by your physician's assessment of your individual needs.
• After-hours availability of your physician will be offered through his personal phone number for immediate availability for emergencies.
• Patient Portal access for non-urgent questions, refill requests, or to securely view your information.
