Our Story

Founded by Terry Phelan in 1992, Living Shelter Architects has been at the forefront of sustainable architecture, pushing boundaries and exploring new ways to reduce environmental impact. Meanwhile, Board & Vellum has been offering integrated design services in architecture, interiors, and landscape architecture. By merging our talents and credentials, including LEED, LFA, and CPHC accreditations, we're more equipped than ever to bring approachable sustainability measures to every project we undertake.
