Our mission is to assist families in obtaining high-quality child care that is available, accessible, and affordable. Our History

4Cs of Passaic County, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been serving the community for many years. We are proud to be designated as the child care resource and referral agency for Passaic County by the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Family Development. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about providing top-notch service to families and caregivers.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to families and caregivers, including:

  • Child Care Financial Assistance: We provide financial assistance to help low-income families afford high-quality child care.
  • Parent Resources: We offer resources and support to help parents navigate the child care system and make informed decisions about their child's care.
  • Child Care Provider Services: We provide training and resources to child care providers to help them improve their skills and services.
  • Parenting Classes: We offer parenting classes and workshops to help parents develop their parenting skills and build a stronger relationship with their children.
  • Child Care Health and Safety: We provide training and resources to child care providers on health and safety topics, including CPR and first aid, to ensure the health and well-being of children.
