Empowerment Counseling Services is a community-based mental health agency that is dedicated to providing innovative and effective mental health services. Our goal is to help individuals and families make significant, positive changes in their lives. We believe that empowering people with the skills and resources they need to overcome their challenges is the key to creating lasting change. Our Services

At Empowerment Counseling Services, we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include:

• Intensive In-Home Youth and Family Services: Our intensive in-home services provide support and treatment in the very environments where the difficulties are happening, such as home, school, peer group, and employment. These services are tailored with individualized treatment plans to meet each family's unique area of need.
• Empowerment Counseling: We offer individual, couples, and family counseling services to help our clients address a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists use evidence-based interventions to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
• Group Therapy: We offer a variety of group therapy options for our clients to choose from, including support groups, skills groups, and process groups. Our group therapy options provide a safe and supportive space for our clients to connect with others who are going through similar experiences.
• Case Management: We offer case management services to help our clients navigate the mental health system and access the resources they need to achieve their goals. Our case managers work closely with our clients to connect them with community resources, coordinate care, and provide ongoing support.
• Training and Consultation: We offer training and consultation services to help professionals and organizations improve their skills and knowledge in working with individuals and families affected by mental health concerns. Our trainings and consultations are tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization or professional.

Our in-home services provide a unique ability to practice target skills throughout the family's environment, including teaching how to advocate and communicate for themselves and how to access resources within their home environment. By treating the client and family in the home environment, we can create a long-term impact, sustain change, and move away from treatment dependency or out-of-home placement or higher levels of care.

Our services target several diagnoses and problem areas, including:

• Low self-esteem
• Lack of a supportive and positive peer group

• Coping and self-management skills
• Parenting and marital issues.

Our intensive in-home services include Crisis Level I and Crisis Level II, which provide differing levels of care based on the client's needs. These services include 2-4 in-home visits per week for Crisis Level I and 1 in-home visit per week for Crisis Level II.
