Leadership Team

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who share a deep commitment to healthcare. Henry N. Tuttle, our President and Chief Executive Officer, brings over 35 years of transformative leadership experience. Tracy L. Garmer, MBA, SPHR, serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Together, they ensure that our organization remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation, advocating for the needs of our members and the communities they serve.
