Founded in 1986, we offer professional planning, design, and construction administration services for potable water production and water reclamation facilities, water and sanitary sewer mains, water system hydraulic modeling, elevated water storage tanks, and ground clear well water storage.

• Andy Lovejoy, PE: Andy is our president and provides the management of all potable water and water reclamation projects. He has over 20 years of experience designing and managing construction for complex infrastructure projects.

• Gilbert Puffer, PE: Gil is our senior design engineer and specializes in water treatment and large pipelines. He has 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Water Works Association.

• David Gauker: David is our chief design engineer and has 46 years of experience in operations, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment plants. He is well-versed in operations and understands the special challenges associated with design and construction of retrofits and upgrades to existing facilities.

• Purk Yotakhong, PE: Purk is our senior design engineer and has over 14 years of progressive experience in design, construction administration, and project management. He performs structural, mechanical, and large-diameter pipeline design work on projects across Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina.
