With a family background in contracting and 12 years of experience as a Claims Professional for State Farm, Bill recognized the need for a better restoration experience for both property owners and insurance carriers. In 1999, he left State Farm to open CC&R Construction, driven by his goal to provide expert guidance and a single source for the entire project.

Our California State Licenses include B - General, C - 15 Flooring, and C - 31 Roofing.
