Our Story

My journey as a photographer began when I got married to my wonderful wife, McKenzie. Unfortunately, our experience with our wedding photographer was less than ideal. We ended up with generic, poorly framed photos that didn't capture the essence of our day. This experience sparked a fire within me to create a different kind of wedding photography experience. I wanted to help brides and grooms like us, who deserved exceptional service, high-quality photos, and a truly memorable experience.

Our Services

At Southern Son Photography, we offer a range of services to cater to your unique needs. Our wedding photography packages start at $1199 and include personalized client portals to view photos, questionnaires, contracts, and invoices. We also offer a la carte packages for those looking to build their own custom collection. Our add-ons include handcrafted albums, proof prints, bridal portraits, and more.

In addition to weddings, we also specialize in portrait sessions, such as engagements, maternity, family, and high school/college seniors. Our portrait sessions come with online galleries for easy viewing and downloading, as well as the option to purchase prints.
