Our team is led by Isra Banks, a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a faculty member at Boston Architectural College. Isra has been practicing architecture since 2004, designing large and medium-scale mixed-use and residential projects ranging from $2M to $57M in Boston, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. She has a special focus on creating sustainable and viable neighborhoods, dormitories, and apartment complexes. Isra is also involved in a research initiative aimed at promoting health and social justice in cities through interviews with experts and community leaders, which are published on YouTube. She is currently writing a book on how to create innovative cities.

• Create a preliminary design concept

3. Design Services

• Develop a preliminary design concept
• Create a 3D model of the project
• Prepare and submit permit applications
• Work with engineers and other consultants to ensure that the design is structurally sound and meets all relevant codes
• Refine the design based on feedback from the client and other stakeholders
• Prepare construction documents and specifications
• Assist in the bidding process and selection of contractors

4. Construction Administration

• Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is built according to the approved plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues
• Work with the contractor to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts
• Prepare and submit any necessary change orders or modifications
• Ensure that the project meets all relevant codes and regulations
• Assist in the final inspection and punch list process
