Poor Communication and Treatment of Parents
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the communication and treatment they received from the daycare. Jacob Mackowski notes that the facility failed to mention his child's lack of sleep during nap time and only informed him after a month and a half. Sabrina Johnson shares a similar experience, stating that she was rushed off the phone and treated as if she were a nuisance whenever she asked questions. S. G. mentions that the facility was overly critical of her child's behavior, implying that it was due to their own incompetence.
Rude and Unprofessional Staff
Reviewers have also criticized the behavior and attitude of some staff members. Carolyn Starkes claims that the director is rude and unprofessional, recounting an incident where the director pointed her finger and raised her voice. Sabrina Johnson echoes this sentiment, stating that the director is money-driven and does not care about the children's well-being.
Lack of Care and Attention
Several reviews highlight a lack of care and attention from the staff. Jacob Mackowski mentions that his child had at least three teachers come and go without the facility notifying him. Sabrina Johnson recounts incidents where her child came home with bruises and marks on her body, only to be dismissed by the director.
Positive Experience
However, two reviewers have had positive experiences with the daycare. Brianne Casella, a former employee, praises the management and staff, stating that they were supportive and caring. Sarah Hayes, a parent, shares a positive experience, highlighting the facility's communication and precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as her child's social and emotional development.
