Our Story
Sage Homes LLC was founded by Paul Sr. and Lorraine Schaefer, who brought their extensive real estate and construction experience from New Jersey to Southwest Florida in 2000. Since then, we have remodeled over 80 homes and completed the builds of 100 custom and semi-custom homes. Our family has a deep understanding of the importance of indoor storage, having moved from a region with basements, and we strive to incorporate innovative ways to increase storage within the conditioned space of a home.

Our Team
Our team of experienced professionals is led by Paul Schaefer II, a State Certified General Contractor and Florida Certified Master Builder, who holds a Master's degree from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Paul Sr. holds licenses as a Realtor and Builder in New Jersey. Lorraine Schaefer holds both a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
