  • Chair Yoga: A gentle, low-impact yoga class that targets flexibility and balance.
  • Beginner: A gentle, beginner-friendly class designed for those new to working out.

Personal Training

Our certified trainers offer tailored 1-on-1 personal training sessions. These 55-minute sessions are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual and can be booked at a time that suits you.
