Our owner and practitioner, Sydney Bale, has over 12 years of experience in acupuncture, cupping, and traditional Chinese herbal medicine. She studied at Bastyr University and the prestigious University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chengdu, China. Sydney is nationally certified and state licensed as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, recognized by the National Certification Commission for both Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

At West Seattle Acupuncture, we understand the importance of Qi, your body's innate internal bioelectricity, in maintaining health and balance. We use acupuncture to restore the natural flow of Qi and promote healing. Our services include treatments for headaches, migraines, back and neck pain, joint mobility, digestive disorders, hormone and fertility challenges, stress, anxiety, and depression, among others.

In addition to acupuncture, we also offer cupping therapy, which helps to soften tissue, break up adhesions, and promote healing. Our Chinese herbal medicine services provide patient-specific blends of herbs and ingredients tailored to address underlying imbalances.
