Nutritional Coaching

Our in-house nutritional coach, Meghan Cully, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and is certified as a Registered Dietetic Technician. She uses an evidence-based approach to create personalized nutrition plans that help individuals achieve optimal health.

Yoga and Movement

Sandy Gross, a licensed yoga instructor, joins our team with a wealth of experience in functional movement, biomechanics, and active recovery techniques. She offers private coaching sessions and group classes, helping individuals of all levels improve their flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
