Our Team: Three Generations of Expertise

Dean Haltom, the founder of Absolute Comfort, began his career in the sheet metal trade at the age of 16, working with his father's heating and air conditioning business. Dean's father not only taught him the trade, but also instilled in him the values of skill, teamwork, and integrity. Dean has remained in the North State and in the sheet metal trade, and has since trained his son, his son-in-law, two nephews, and several other upstanding young men to carry on these values. Maureen Haltom, Dean's wife, joined the business on a full-time basis after retiring from the legal professional field. Together, they have built Absolute Comfort into the thriving business it is today.
