We accept various insurance companies and offer record request forms for those who need them. Additionally, we provide a W9 form for download to assist with any necessary financial documentation.

Curriculum Vita

Dr. Jane Barnwell, MD, has an extensive educational background and numerous certifications. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Louisiana Tech University and her Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine. Dr. Barnwell completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Loma Linda University Medical Center and later pursued additional training in Medical Acupuncture at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Barnwell is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and holds a subspecialty diplomate in Pain Medicine from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Arizona, California, and Virginia.
