We're also committed to social equality, particularly in the design and construction industry. As a women-owned architecture firm, we've experienced firsthand the challenges of working in a predominantly male industry. That's why we've joined forces with the Associated General Contractors of America to help root out all flavors of inequity in the design and construction fields.
