Drawn to the area's natural beauty and recreational opportunities, they settled in Siren, Wisconsin, and founded Sand County Services, Inc. As a property management company, they quickly gained recognition for their expertise and commitment to exceptional customer service.

In the late 1980s, Dave Boldon Sr. and Faith decided to expand their services to include real estate sales and founded CENTURY 21 Sand County Services, Inc. in 1989. With their extensive knowledge of the local market, they focused on waterfront and recreational properties, catering to buyers and sellers seeking a unique and extraordinary real estate experience.
