Vincent Funeral Home is a proud provider of funeral services to the families of Vermilion Parish, serving the community for generations. We understand the profound impact of the loss of a loved one and are committed to assisting families during this challenging time. Our mission is to honor, remember, and celebrate the lives of those who have passed away with the utmost care, respect, and attention to detail.

Our funeral home was founded in 1971 by John Francis Vincent, who built his business on the pursuit of excellence in the funeral industry. He understood the importance of paying attention to every detail and meeting the unique needs of each family we serve. Unfortunately, Mr. Vincent passed away in September 2007, but his legacy of quality service and dedication to the community lives on.

Our current leadership team includes Jacques P. Vincent and Dawn Frederick Vincent, who have continued the tradition of excellence for over 30 years. Jacques retired in 2022, but his impact on the business and community is still felt today. Hailey Vincent Russo and Robert S. Russo, third-generation family members, now work alongside Dawn and our expert staff of professionals at our Kaplan, Abbeville, and Gueydan locations. Hailey is currently studying to obtain her funeral director's license, with the goal of continuing the family's legacy of high-quality service and care for the Vermilion Parish community.
