At Genesis Health Services, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare services to families in Southwest Florida. As a nonprofit healthcare provider, we have been serving the community since 1994, offering a range of services that cater to the unique needs of our patients.

Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure that all families have access to affordable quality healthcare, with a focus on preventive protocols, in order to prevent the onset or progression of serious illness. We strive to lead in the area of volunteer professionals providing healthcare services, community disease prevention, and health education for underserved populations, as well as community outreach and linkage activities to needed healthcare services.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including behavioral health, dental, and medical care. Our behavioral health services include psychiatric care, licensed mental health counseling, certified addiction professional services, and medication management. Our dental services include family dentistry, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, extractions, fillings, and teeth whitening. Our medical services include internal medicine, mammogram referrals, free HIV testing, orthopedic, and gynecology referrals.

Our History

Genesis Health Services was incorporated as a Florida not-for-profit corporation on March 8, 1994, with the goal of providing supportive transitional housing for adult males and females seeking recovery from alcohol or other drug abuse. Over the years, we have expanded our services to cater to the evolving needs of our community, becoming a leading provider of healthcare services in Southwest Florida.
