Hello! We are Jason & Heather Lanker, the proud owners of The Brick Ballroom, LLC. We have a deep passion for refurbishing old buildings and transforming them into functional spaces. We have been married for 26 years and have two grown daughters who have brought constant joy and laughter into our lives.

The History of Our Building

The Brick Ballroom is a nationally historic building nestled in the heart of downtown Siloam Springs. This monumental building was constructed in 1928 and served as a thriving Chevrolet dealership and the Jones Garage for several decades. The building's rich history has contributed significantly to the economy of downtown Siloam Springs.

Today, The Brick Ballroom stands as one of the most enchanting special events and wedding venues in Northwest Arkansas. It is a unique landmark where sophistication meets history in an eclectic mix of mystery and beauty. We have fully restored the building in 2018, preserving its historical significance while providing modern amenities.

Award-Winning Venue

In our first year of operation, The Brick Ballroom was voted as the #1 Venue in the state of Arkansas by Southern Celebration Magazine. Perhaps it's because of our grand floor setting, three crystal chandeliers, lofty wood trusses, 2000 sq ft wood dance floor, and the original massive row of industrial metal windows. We were also approached by Arkansas Bride who wrote an article about our Grand Opening.

Our interconnected levels can accommodate 20 to 400 guests, eliminating the need for flipping rooms. Our new entrance features a historic garage door, 15' high black walls, original tin ceiling, retro glass chandelier, blue banquettes, and a built-in bar with a sink.

Our garden space is another highlight of our venue. With our new 5000 sq ft covered veranda and garden, you can have a picture-perfect ceremony or cocktail hour. The Brick Ballroom is located in the heart of downtown Siloam Springs, bursting with character, textures, and quaint Sager Creek, making it an ideal location for your special day.
