Daryl Stringer has always been a fighter and has a zest for winning. He excelled in trial courses while in law school, being active in The Stetson University College of Law Advanced Trial Advocacy and the Advanced Criminal Trials. He followed that accomplishment with a successful internship at the Pinellas County State Attorneys Office and Bay Area Legal Services.

Daryl was born in Lubbock, Texas, on May 7, 1967, and grew up in the Tampa Bay area where he has lived his entire life. He graduated from Gaither High School and went on to complete his bachelor's degree at the University of South Florida, with a degree in finance. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1999 and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1999.

Law runs in Daryl's blood, as his father, Thomas Stringer, is an appellate judge, and his sister, Rhonda Stringer, is also a practicing attorney. Daryl is a member of the State Bar of Florida, the American Bar Association (ABA), The Hillsborough County Bar, and The George Edgecombe Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice before all state trial courts in Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court.
