Our journey began with a cherished gift from a dear friend, John Petty. Our Services

  • Equipment: Our studio is fully equipped with trusted Pilates equipment, including The Reformer, Stability Chair, Springwalls, Mat, The Cadillac, and Barrels. These items were developed by Joseph Pilates himself and work in harmony with the principles he established.

Our Instructors

Our team of instructors is dedicated to providing high-quality Pilates instruction to our clients. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the studio, with backgrounds in health and fitness, physical therapy, and specialized training for orthopedic conditions, back conditions, osteoporosis, and neurological conditions.

Annabeth Baker

Annabeth Baker joined Pure Pilates as an instructor in 2019 and has received her training through Pure Body Teacher Training in Houston. She has a Bachelor's degree in public health and is passionate about health and fitness. Annabeth's desire as an instructor is to encourage a healthy mind and a healthy body through movement.

Cindy Mashe

Cindy Mashe is the founder and instructor of Pure Pilates. She has extensive Pilates education and teaching experience, with a background in physical therapy and specialty training for those with orthopedic conditions, back conditions, osteoporosis, breast cancer rehabilitation, arthritis, and neurological conditions. Cindy's belief in the Pilates method, devotion to her education, and commitment to teaching with integrity are the foundations of her success.

Our Commitment to Safety

At Pure Pilates, the safety of our clients and instructors is our top priority. We have implemented strict COVID-19 protocols, including the requirement of masks while moving around the studio and sanitization of all high-traffic areas before and after each class and private session.
