Our mission is to help busy women build a healthy lifestyle from the inside out. We focus on developing a positive mindset and creating mental space, which is the foundation of healthy habits. Our programs are designed to empower women to prioritize themselves and make a lasting change in their lives.

Our Services

We offer a range of coaching programs and services designed to help busy women achieve their health and wellness goals. Our 90 Days To Healthy Living program is a comprehensive 12-week coaching program that combines self-care with our signature fusion training styles. This program is designed to help women lose weight, tone their bodies, and feel happy and in control. We also offer a 30 Day Level Up Program, which is a condensed version of our 90-day program, and Build In 15, which is a quick and efficient workout program.

Our Approach

Our approach is unique because we coach women from the inside out. We focus on developing a positive mindset and creating mental space before combining our customized workouts. This allows women to tap into those "feel good" signals and overcome barriers to start and maintain a new exercise regime. Lauren Buckner is the founder of Body By Buckner. She is an attorney-turned-entrepreneur who understands the hazards of leading a fast-paced life. Lauren is a former collegiate track and field sprinter and professional dancer who fuses these fields to create unique, energetic, and efficient workouts. Her coaching style is unique because she coaches women from the inside out, focusing on developing a positive mindset and creating mental space.
