Established in 1994 by John S. Fitzgibbons, our firm has a rich history that reflects our commitment to excellence. Initially offering general tax and accounting services, we temporarily put our operations on hold as our owner, John, managed the tax practice of a regional CPA firm from 1997. This period not only broadened our expertise but also allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of financial institutions and small public companies. We reactivated our firm in 2016, refocusing on providing traditional tax, accounting, and consulting services with a modern twist.
