Visit Health's mission is to provide medical solutions for today's needs. We are a leading national rapid response firm specializing in on-site diagnostics, immunizations, and other healthcare services for companies, local governments, and schools. Our executive team has been involved in emergency medical response for decades, aiding in the aftermath of earthquakes, wildfires, and floods across the U.S.
In 2015, we began providing on-site medical care, including phlebotomy, diagnostic testing, and vaccination services to individuals and businesses. In early 2020, we saw the need for a more dedicated response to the Covid-19 pandemic and partnered with public and private entities across the country to manage testing efforts. We have since tested over four million people and administered tens of thousands of vaccines, focusing on providing service for vulnerable populations.
Expanded Capabilities and Services

Taking what we learned through these experiences, we have expanded our capabilities to include providing on-site diagnostic and testing treatment as well as rapid lab results for our senior populations living in congregate living facilities, opening urgent cares with a focus on customized care and a more efficient patient experience, and launching both intensive outpatient clinics (IOP) and residential rehabilitation facilities.

Visit Health Simplified offers on-the-job care for businesses, ensuring that employees receive the medical attention they need to stay healthy and productive. We provide a range of occupational health services, including pre-employment screenings, worker's compensation management, and health and wellness programs.
Long-Term Care
Visit Health Long-Term Care provides on-site medical services for senior living facilities, ensuring that residents receive the care they need in a comfortable, familiar environment. Our services include routine medical care, chronic disease management, and end-of-life care.
At-Home Services
In addition to our clinic-based services, we offer at-home services for testing, immunizations, and additional diagnostics. Our at-home services ensure that patients receive the care they need without leaving the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Overall Experience
The reviews suggest that the company has flaws in their processes and treatment of customers and employees. While some individuals had a decent experience, others were left feeling frustrated, delayed, and disrespected.
Customer Service
Several customers experienced long wait times, with one reviewer waiting 1.5 hours for their appointment. They were also treated rudely by employees, with some being passed off from one person to another. The reviewer who scheduled their 11-year-old child's vaccine online was informed that the nurse was late and only available 1-1.5 hours later. They were then forced to wait for an extended period, which was exacerbated by the fact that the RN handling their child's card was taking an average of 20 minutes per child to administer the vaccine.
Employee Treatment
Two reviewers expressed concerns about the treatment of employees. One reviewer mentioned that the company treats their employees like property, scheduling them outside of their availability and expecting them to work regardless of their health or family needs. Another reviewer mentioned that a recruiter was unprofessional and failed to follow up on employee payments.
Patient Care
One reviewer had a positive experience with the nurse, who was soothing and able to calm their child down before administering the vaccine. However, another reviewer's child was kept waiting for an extended period despite having no reactions to vaccines in the past and no allergies to penicillins.
Vaccination Process
The company seems to have issues with the vaccination process. One reviewer was told that their child was a day early for their shot, despite the prior administering agency stating that there was a 4-day grace period. Another reviewer mentioned that the RN seemed to be struggling to keep up with the number of patients, with adults being vaccinated much faster than children.
