Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology and offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients. We are conveniently located at 103 3rd Avenue NE, Freeport, MN 56331, and our hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on weekends to ensure our staff can maintain the high level of service you deserve.
