Membership

Personal Training

At The Gym Fitness Center, we believe that personal training is the key to achieving your fitness goals. Our certified trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. Our trainers specialize in strength training, speed and agility training, nutrition, and more.

Classes

Massage

Our Trainers

At The Gym Fitness Center, we're proud of our team of certified trainers. Each trainer has their own unique set of skills and specialties, ensuring that you'll always find someone who can help you reach your fitness goals.

Vinnie Candela

Vinnie is the owner and head trainer of The Gym Fitness Center. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Vinnie specializes in strength training, speed and agility training, nutrition, and contest prep for bodybuilding, figure, bikini, and physique competitors. He is certified through ISSA and ExpertRating.

Vince Strange

Vince is a Bryan University Graduate (Advanced Health & Fitness Training) and a Certified Personal Trainer. He specializes in Nutritional Guidance & Rehabilitation. He is a Prep Coach and is an active veteran with the United States Army Reserves. He is a Military Remedial Fitness NCO, and IFBB Men's Pro. He leads individuals, or small group (4) trainings.

Eric Csapo

Eric is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute and also has a certification from NASM with a focus on suspension training. Eric is CPR and First Aid certified. He has been in the fitness industry for 6 years and is very knowledgeable in diet and strength training.

Todd Jones

Todd is certified through ExpertRating and has over 20 years of experience in sports and fitness in both education and health & wellness environments. Todd holds a BA in Teaching with an emphasis in Physical Education and Fitness Management as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration.

Terrill Thornton

Terrill is a Certified Personal Trainer through ExpertRating. Terrill has been involved in the fitness industry for five and a half years and specializes in one on one, and small group training. His main focuses include strength training, weight loss, weight gain, and sports fitness.

Cody Ripperger

Cody is certified through ISSA in personal training, powerlifting, and strength & conditioning. He specializes in strength training, powerlifting, body recomposition, and athletic performance enhancement. Cody personally competes in Strongman.

Our Facility

The Gym Fitness Center is a 9300 sq/ft facility that offers an extensive variety of fitness equipment. Whether it's strength training, functional training, cardio, or group fitness, you will find it here! Our top-notch, certified personal trainers are available to assist you no matter what your fitness level is. For those days when you need to heal and rejuvenate your body, our second level offers a separate massage area and yoga studio.
