Our Mission and Philosophy

At Connections Counseling & Psychological Services, our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in the Pineywoods of East Texas. Our Services

We offer a wide range of therapy services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Our therapists are trained in various evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

Adult Therapy

Our adult therapists work with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder. We also offer therapy services for individuals experiencing phase-of-life problems, such as those related to aging, retirement, or career changes.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Our child and adolescent therapists are trained to work with children and adolescents struggling with various mental health issues, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Teletherapy

In addition to our in-office sessions, we also offer teletherapy services for individuals who prefer the convenience of online therapy. Our HIPAA-compliant platform allows us to provide secure and confidential online therapy sessions.

Police, Security, and First Responder Evaluations

We offer pre-employment evaluations for individuals pursuing a career in public safety. Our evaluations are designed to assess an individual's mental fitness for duty and ensure they are able to perform the physical and emotional demands of their job.

Adult and Child Psychological Evaluations

Our psychologists offer comprehensive evaluations for adults and children, including psychological assessments and evaluations for ADHD, autism, and other developmental disabilities.
