For instance, 28 Jasper Street, built in 1852, underwent a dramatic transformation blending modern and vintage design elements. Another notable project is 10 Poinsett Street, which was originally constructed in the early 1900s and required a rebuild of the floor system, exterior walls, a new roof, and replacing the original rotted siding. Our most recent project, 111 Simons Street, built in the 1930s, involved extensive structural modifications to raise the home to meet FEMA flood regulations.
