Harry J. Smith, Jr., our founding partner, has been active in the legal profession since 1960. He graduated from Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois, and received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University - Chicago, he was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1960. He has served as a Justice of the Peace for Leyden Township and has been involved in various community organizations throughout his career.

Bart A. Smith, our partner, has extensive experience in a variety of legal areas, including family law, business planning, and municipal law. He is dedicated to providing his clients with effective legal solutions and is known for his strong advocacy skills and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.
