Our team is led by Jeff Babienko, AIA, LEED AP, an award-winning architect with over 20 years of experience practicing architecture in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. Jeff's work is characterized by a refined, site-specific architecture that captures the spirit of mid-century modernism and traditional sensibilities of harmony, composition, and precision. He has a deep commitment to sustainable design and building practices, making them a driving force in the development of all of his projects.

Brian Morgan, AIA, is a native of Missouri who first experienced the Pacific Northwest as a student at the University of Washington. After beginning his career in Seattle, Brian relocated back to the Midwest, where he became the principal of a small firm. His work is influenced by the unique qualities of each client and the distinct site and project parameters, resulting in architecture that is both inspirational and functional.

Nika Pniak, a valued member of our team, joined us after completing her degree. Nika's contributions are invaluable to the success of our projects.
