Our Philosophy

Over the years, the company has distinguished itself in quality planning and design for a wide variety of project types. The firm has extensive experience in the design of high-density housing and multi-family development. The Sage Group's experience includes corporate headquarters, facilities planning, sports and athletic facilities, subdivision and amenity planning, residential development, civic projects, and the coordination of economic feasibility studies for various projects.

History

The Sage Group was established in 1987 as a Planning/Landscape Architecture firm. The firm developed a successful resume in the design participation on many prominent and successful projects. In 2002, the firm expanded its design endeavors to include an architectural practice. Since that time, the Sage Group has worked to establish a vision of ensuring that all its projects reflect design sensitivity to site development and architectural execution.

Leadership

Randall B. Dove, ASLA, is the founder of the Sage Group. He has been instrumental in shaping the firm's philosophy and approach to design. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to become a respected and sought-after design firm in the industry.
