Our firm's history dates back 75 years, with roots deeply planted in Navasota and Grimes County. We are committed to delivering the highest quality legal services to our clients in areas such as real estate, civil litigation, estate planning, and business entity formation and maintenance.

Our Team

John M. Fultz, the founder of the firm, is a native of Navasota, born in 1950. He graduated from Navasota High School as Salutatorian in 1968 and went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a BA degree in Government. Mr. Fultz then attended South Texas College of Law, where he was on the Dean's List and served as the Technical Editor and Research Editor of the Law Journal. He received his JD in May 1977 and was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas on June 10, 1977. After practicing in Houston, Mr. Fultz returned to Navasota in June 1978 to join the Firm of Fultz & Davis, a law firm composed of his mother, Artie Fultz Davis, and Richard N. Davis, Sr.

Jon C. Fultz, John M. Fultz's son, joined the practice in 1997. He graduated from Navasota High School in 1990 and went on to attend Texas A&M University, where he received a BA in Political Science in 1996. Mr. Fultz then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, graduating in May 1999. He was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas in the same month.

Jennifer A. Fultz, John M. Fultz's daughter and Jon C. Fultz's sister, joined the Firm in 2010. She graduated from Navasota High School in 1999 and went on to attend Texas A&M University, where she received a BBA in Management in 2003. Jennifer then attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 2009. She was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas after receiving her JD.

Office Hours
