Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a program that lets you manage your own home health care. You choose your own caregivers, schedule, and services. At Home Care can help you manage your CDS program and provide the care you need.

The Independent Living Waiver (ILW) is a program that provides home health care services to people with disabilities who would otherwise need to live in a nursing home. At Home Care can help you manage your ILW program and provide the care you need to live independently at home.
