Our services extend to REO (Real Estate Owned) closings through our wholly-owned subsidiary, REO Title Company of Florida, LLC. This allows us to handle real estate transactions on behalf of Fannie Mae in REO closings. We also represent clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions and in the origination of new loans. Gary A. Korn, a University of Pennsylvania graduate, practices primarily in developer representation, commercial lender representation, and condominium and homeowner's association documentation preparation.
