New Clients, Hours, Deadlines, and Drop-Off Procedures

We are always looking to build long-term relationships with new clients. However, due to the current shortage of tax professionals in the industry, we have limited availability for new clients, especially during tax season. If you're looking for a new tax professional because your previous one has retired or passed away, we encourage you to contact us to discuss how we can assist you.

Our tax season hours are from February 1 to April 15, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During the off-season, our hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

We require all tax information to be received by March 31st. If your information is received after this date, an extension will be automatically filed, and we will contact you once your taxes are completed. It's essential to estimate your extension payment if you believe you will owe taxes.

Our goal is to complete your return within 7 to 10 business days of receiving all your tax information. However, as we approach the end of tax season, these times may become longer. We do not complete returns in our office during your appointment. Instead, you can drop off your tax information at the front desk or upload it to our Client Portal. We do not recommend emailing confidential information to your tax professional.

If you're showing any signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment or make other arrangements to get your information to us. Your health and well-being, as well as that of our staff, is of utmost importance to us.
