Our Mission

Our mission is to foster positive growth in children, parents, and teachers through caring, supportive, and mutually respectful relationships within a safe, stimulating, child-centered environment. We refer to this powerful combination as the "Seeds of LEAP."

Who We Are

The LEAP School began in 1985 as a small, grassroots initiative in a Lexington church basement. Over the years, we have blossomed into three vibrant centers across Massachusetts, serving the diverse needs of young learners and their families. We are a team of passionate educators, dedicated to providing a unique and nurturing environment where children can explore, discover, and reach their full potential.

What Sets Us Apart

Our curriculum, "BeeCurious, " is designed to ignite young minds and foster a love of learning through exploration, discovery, and play-based activities. We prioritize small class sizes and low child-teacher ratios to ensure individualized attention and personalized learning experiences. Additionally, our faculty comprises experienced and nurturing teachers who genuinely love working with children and are dedicated to their well-being.

Our Program Offerings

We offer a comprehensive range of programs for young learners, including:

• Young Toddler Program: Nurturing development through sensory exploration and play-based learning.
• Toddler Program: Building foundational skills in a safe and comforting environment.
