Additionally, we provide consulting and supervision for students, counselors, and healing professionals looking to form their own private practices.

Meet Our Founder

Tracy Kenela, M.A., LMHC, CRC, CEDS, is our founder and lead counselor. She has over 17 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and families and has practiced hypnotherapy since 2014. Tracy's approach is based on the belief that every individual has the power within themselves to work through their struggles and develop a plan to live a peaceful and meaningful life. She is fully licensed, trained, and experienced in treating various conditions including eating disorders, mood disorders, and trauma.
