Sheridan Electric, Inc. is a leading merit-based electrical contracting firm in Rhode Island, established in 1990. Our president and founder, Raymond J. Sheridan, Jr., has over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry. We offer a variety of services such as new commercial construction, industrial installations, service upgrades, fire alarm installations, and project renovations. We have provided services to many area hospitals, schools, churches, business offices, and retail businesses. Services

We provide electrical service upgrades to ensure our customers systems meet or exceed current industrial standards. This helps our customers prevent electrical emergencies and down time. We also have over 40 years of experience in the current industry, which enables us to help our customers make the right decisions for projects of all sizes in all industries. Our Design/Build services work with our customers from concept to budget and final design, ensuring costs are kept in line with their budget. We also offer Value Engineering, which involves making minor adjustments to a project plan that can cut customers costs by a significant amount. Additionally, we provide fire alarm systems and generator installations for emergency power needs.

Projects

Some of our notable projects include R1 Indoor Karting, a new 90,000 square foot indoor karting facility with a 3000 amp service upgrade, battery chargers, lighting, fire alarm, and life safety improvements. Another project is Crimzon Rose, which involved a 3000a service upgrade, Design/Build, Value Engineering, life safety, and fire alarm improvements.
