Disappointing Experience with a Professional
The author, Dorcaris Familia, had a disappointing experience with a professional, which led to a 2-star rating.
Unprofessional Behavior
The professional failed to show up for a scheduled 3 pm appointment, and despite waiting for an hour and a half, there was no answer or communication from their end. This lack of professionalism led to frustration and disappointment for Dorcaris Familia, who eventually left the place at 4:30 pm.
