Fedetz & Martin Associates, PC is a full-service architectural and interior design firm with a rich history dating back to 1956. Our firm was founded on the principles of delivering exceptional design solutions, unparalleled customer service, and enduring client relationships. We specialize in architecture, interior design, master planning, and facilities management for a diverse range of clients, including commercial facilities, restaurants, retail centers, banks, schools, office buildings, healthcare facilities, multi-family residential, warehouses, and industrial structures. Our service area spans across Pennsylvania and many of the central Atlantic states.

Firm History

Robert S. Martin started his first firm in 1956 in Reading, PA. Over the years, his practice expanded to include public works projects, private facilities, school projects, and more. In 1990, Bob teamed up with Kiprian Fedetz of Fedetz Associates, and together they completed a few projects. In 1992, Kiprian A. Fedetz and Robert S. Martin formed the firm of Fedetz and Martin Associates, P.C. Since then, we have served corporate, commercial, governmental, healthcare, and educational clients throughout Pennsylvania.

Our firm started a long-term relationship with PPL Corp. in 1993 and have since become an integral part of their Facilities Management department. We have provided them with Facilities Management services and designed numerous buildings for them. Fedetz & Martin Associates, P.C. has also established a strong presence in the County of Lehigh, with over 28 years of continuous facilities management and design services. Since 1990, we have completed new buildings and provided facilities management for over 20 Housing Authorities throughout PA, many of whom are continuing clients.

Our team consists of seasoned senior staff members with many years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry. We are licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, and Montana, and are also National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certified. Our NCARB certification allows us to reciprocate our licenses for most states, ensuring that we can serve clients across the country.
