Frank Adorno, President: Frank's lifelong immersion in the construction industry began at the tender age of 14, working alongside his father and absorbing the intricacies of the concrete trade. His passion for construction led him to pursue a degree in Construction Technology in 1983, setting the stage for the founding of Adorno Construction in 1988. Driven by dedication and a tireless work ethic, Frank has built a reputable company known for its integrity, experience, and professional excellence. He finds immense satisfaction in connecting with clients, understanding their vision, and working collaboratively to bring their projects to life.

Beyond the construction site, Frank's enthusiasm for life spills over into his personal pursuits. Whether enjoying boating, wake surfing, hiking, snow skiing, hunting, barbequing, or simply spending quality time with family and friends, Frank embraces life's adventures with the same energy and commitment he brings to his work.

Juan Rodriguez, Vice President: Juan's journey with Adorno Construction began in 1998, stepping onto the field with the eagerness to learn and contribute. His dedication and hard work propelled him through various roles within the company, gaining invaluable experience in estimating, scheduling, and project management. Juan's greatest reward comes from witnessing his clients' ideas transform into tangible realities, realizing the culmination of their vision. His unwavering tenacity, reliability, and leadership qualities have cemented his position as a valuable asset to both the team and the company.

Outside of work, Juan cherishes family time, embraces the outdoors, enjoys off-road adventures, and finds solace in hiking and hunting.
